This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff's help finding parking on my first stay. It's a great spot for relaxation, and I can't wait to return for a weekend!

An unexpected poolside delight
The hotel provided an excellent swimming pool perfect for laps, and the spacious, clean rooms had a beautiful interior design. The location was a good base for nearby nightlife.
While the breakfast was decent, it offered a limited variety, and the staff could be more accommodating at times. The hotel felt somewhat dated, needing a refresh.

The pool area was beautifully maintained and relaxing.
I spent 10 nights in a Deluxe Family Suite that was poorly maintained. The furniture was outdated and had several broken pieces, making it uncomfortable. the air conditioning was noisy and inefficient, affecting my comfort during the hot nights. To top it all off, the breakfast offered very limited options, and I often found myself unsatisfied.

Had a decent stay here while exploring the nearby attractions, like Sacred Heart Church and Jungceylon Night Market. The staff were quite accommodating, especially Pam, who helped us book our motorbike and island hopping trip. The location was a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the local scene. I appreciated the value for money we got during our stay.

the apartment was really nice n clean, and the pool area was amaizin after a long day. it’s also close to a lot of cafes and shops, which was super helpful! plus, the cleaners were super polite n always had a smile on their faces. loved that aspect of the stay!
The staff at reception were super rude and unhelpful, which really ruined the vibe. the breakfast options were terrible for vegetarians. they couldn't even make a simple omelette without meat!

The rooms are clean and have a decent layout that can provide a comfortable retreat after a busy day out. The location strikes a balance by being in a calm area while still being within walking distance of the lively beach vibes.
There are some notable drawbacks to contend with. The furniture feels outdated, with some pieces showing clear signs of wear and tear, which can be quite off-putting. The air conditioning isn't the most efficient and can leave you feeling a bit uncomfortable during the hotter spells. Breakfast options are also quite limited—if you're not in the mood for eggs or sausages, you'll struggle.

The location feels calm, away from the busyness yet close enough to enjoy the local scenes. Rooms are clean, but the lack of a locker was inconvenient. Staff were cooperative, and local activities were easy to arrange. the breakfast had limited variety and the reception staff could benefit from better training in customer service.

Ideal location with clean rooms but room facilities need attention
The location was excellent, providing a peaceful atmosphere just a short walk from the lively beach. The clean rooms were a highlight of my stay, making for a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. the lack of effective air conditioning can be a downside during the warmer days, and the service at times felt dismissive. it was a decent experience, but improvements in room facilities would make a big difference.

The location is perfect for those wanting to escape the lively streets. close enough to enjoy the vibrant Patong area. The breakfast had an excellent selection. with a chef ready to cook your eggs just the way you like.
The cleanliness could really improve, as our first room had an unpleasant smell.
